Every piece carries a lifetime warranty against faults in the making — not against wear, which is normal.
What's covered
Loose stones, failed clasps, and worn prongs caused by how the piece was made, for as long as you own it. We repair or replace the faulty part at no charge.
Free sizing for life
Ring sizing and bracelet length adjustments are free for as long as you own the piece, on top of the warranty.
What isn't covered
Damage from an impact, a lost stone from a knock, or a piece altered by another jeweler. We'll still take a look and quote a fair repair price.
