Ready to ship
30 days from delivery, free. The piece comes back in its original condition and packaging, and the refund goes back to the original payment method within a week of us receiving it.
Custom orders
Once the bench has started, a custom piece can't be returned — it's cut for your measurements and has no resale path if it comes back. We confirm every detail with you in writing before that happens, so nothing starts by surprise.
How to send one back
Email hello@talyari.com with your order number. We send a prepaid, insured label — nothing goes back at your expense.
